Gen6 Steering Wheel Alignment

I've noticed that my steering wheel is turned a few degrees clockwise when I'm driving straight. I first thought it was the roads-- so I tried driving backwards down the same road thinking that it would then be a few degrees counter clockwise, but it was still clockwise. I guess it could be normal? Maybe there is a reason behind this? Maybe I'm crazy?

Needs an alignment, it means that you have an incorrect toe adjustment.

My car doesnt even have 500 miles on it....

Mine is the only one that is a little bit to the right?? Is it really not supposed to be that way?

If the car has a slight tendency to drift right, and I emphasize slight... then it would be normal. It's a safety thing if you were to pass out at the wheel, you wouldn't wander into on coming traffic. But if it requires you to drive straight with the wheel slightly to the left, then this is not normal and an alignment job is required (under warranty).

That makes sense. I also tried driving a new Accord tonight and it did the same thing. I guess it is normal. Thanks!

**Update**

When I purchased the car (2007 XLE) two weeks ago the steering wheel would be a bit to the left when I was going completely straight.. I didn't think it was right so I took it in.

Visit 1 - They agreed it was off and after 2 hours said it was fixed. They said they hadn't had to do a 2007 camry yet so they had to call and get the settings from the factory.. (scared me).

Pulled out of the parking lot and it was completely opposite. The wheel was to the left when going straight. I immediately called them and they scheduled me for the next week.

Visit 2 - Took it in and had them check it out again. They said wow it's wrong again, we set it exactly right last time you left. They set it again.. Pulled out and so far it is perfect...

So i'm not sure what to say, except.. thank god!
