Coefficient of drag. Hybrid vs non-hybrid camry's

Hey guys. I was looking at the specs of camry at toyota.com and saw that Coefficient of drag is 0.28 on all the regular camry's vs TCH is 0.27 . I thought Coefficient of drag all is all about aerodynamics and related to shape of the body and under-body. Tch and camry looks same to me(as in shape offcorse tch looks better ) What did Toyota do to lover Cd on Tch?

They're larger. About 1/3 of the drag of a car comes from jsut the underside of the car slowing the airflow down so much. Remember that the cd is only have the story. Drag is calculated with the actual cd (Which they can lie about easily...) VS the actual cross sectional area of the car.

Maybe It's the grill, that's why a lot of people gets it

Those little things in front of the wheels to redirect airflow around the wheel.
