As an update, I finally got info back from the insurance company and they will cover the damages.

To replace the engine harness and air cleaner hose, it was approx 5300 bucks
To replace the airconditioner line, repump freon, and transmission vacuum hose, 750 bucks..

Insurance will cover all of it minus deductible.
