Gen6 We got our XLE V6!!

We went to the dealer on Saturday and ordered a XLE V6. It is Magnetic Gray with the Bisque Leather. It has Smart key and Navigation. The dealer has to go pick up the car in Alabama, so it should be here Tuesday or Wendesday. Any tips or tricks?

Check over the car thoroughly for any imperfections before signing the papers.

Look the car over in super detail. I don't like when dealers transfer cars as you never know what you are getting till you see it in person.

Also, you should always sign the final paperwork after you look over the car, never before as if something is wrong, you are screwed.

I only by cars with less than 5 miles on them.

Also, is there a way that we can enter addresses while driving?

For the nav, you can't enter addresses as you are driving. However, this is where the voice activation comes in handy. Push the Voice activation button, say "Address" and then follow the directions. It'll ask you for the house number, then you can say or press "enter/change" on the screen to confirm or change. Then it'll ask for the street, and then the city, and then the state, and then it'll calculate the route.

Hope this helps!

Gen6

Well, the dealer in Alabama sold the car, even after the dealer in Georgia told them they were coming by to get the car. We will get the car somewhere between the middle to the end of the month with a few miles.

Don't hold your breath on the 0 miles thing, never happens with quality testing and on and off hte truck, not to mention the dealer will take it out while you sign the papers to clean and fill the tank. But congrats on the purchase, hopefully you're as happy with the car as I am with mine.

damn, sorry to hear that. it happens. dealerships would rather sell a car in stock than trade it away. hopefully you get your camry soon, it really is an awesome car.

The car came in today. We love it. Only got 35 miles on it now, but hoping to get some more real soon.
