would the change from a regular gen 6 dash to a JBL navi be hard? what would be required?

| Mods: Tints 35% Front 20% Back, 17" Rav 4 wheels, 4500k DDM Tuning HID Kit,SE grille swap, Fog Lights, 7" In-Dash Pioneer TV|| Mods to come: Lexus Es300 Fogs, Full LED Interior,H&R springs..nothing too serious.

i like the OEM dash a lot and the way it lights up etc. but i cant find a cheap(er) one
