Dealer fruad?? Voided warranty??

I bought a 2007 SE V6 with everything but VSC and the remote start. The dealer talked me out VSC here in KY. , but the remote start was the final throw in from the dealer to ink the deal. They had to order the remote start.
The dealer called 8 days later and schelduled an appointment for installation. They gave me loaner/rental car for the day. I came back 12 hours later to pick up the car and to my suprise they had an after market AutoMate ($59 + labor) installed. Now I have 2 remotes for my car, 1- the factory key/fob remote and 2 - the AutoMate which is the only remote which starts car. I ask why it was not integrated into the key/fob remote and was told it was impossible.
I drove home and called the parts dept. to ask if my remote start had come in, and they said yes it's here on the shelf. So now I know my $529 MSRP remote start option was not installed and worse with no permission my Camry was sent to a local CarAudio shop for this install.

Question #1 Is this fraud???
Question #2 Can this void warranty???
Question #3 What would you seek or ask for to resolve this???

If something goes wrong with for example the navigation, now the dealer could say the after market non genuine Toyota part caused the problem. The warranty clearly states non Toyota parts are not covered. The dealer has apoligize and wants to install the correct part, but now I have warranty concerns.

Any advice or comments are welcomed.

Write a letter to the GM of the dealership with the info you said above and tell them you want the $529 MSRP factory remote start installed on your car or you will report them to the BB Bureau and your Attorney General's consumer protection fraud division if your state has one.

Update: The dealer calls and offers to uninstall after market remote and install the factory one. They apologized and claimed a miscommunication on their end. They said factory remote cost $360 and the labor was $250. The after market cost them $300, and they had the nerve to request the difference. After further conversation they agreed to complete the job at no cost to me.

I now still have warranty concerns.

You shouldn't have to worry about any warranty concerns, since all the work done was done at or sanctioned by a Toyota Dealership/service deptartment.

^What he said.

If you had gone to an outside mechanic to do the work, then your warranty would be under question. But because it was an authorized Toyota facility that did the work, or rather... that CONTRACTED the work, your warranty is just fine, as long as you have all the paperwork.
