...for installing the factory spoiler. Does anyone have any suggestions? How long does it take? What supplies are needed? etc.

Before others jump on you about the search button...... doing a quick search would have given you the below.

njerald covered his install in the below thread and yeuemhoai posted the scans of Toyota's instructions.

NP, that link above should do the trick.

BTW I removed my stock spoiler and installed a RK Sport one, might want to look into it as an option.
