take off your bumper. the directions are in ur toyota manual. remove ur headlights. look into the hole where ur lowbeam would go in. there's a metal flap that sticks out 90 degrees. push it down and put everything back in place. there's a couple threads that show pictures of it but basically it's those 2 rectangles that hover a couple inches above ur cutoff. it's reckless and dangerous if you don't cover those things up so i suggest you do.
