gauge bulb problem need help!!!

hey guys, ive replaced my stock gauge bulbs and HVAC bulbs with PIAA bulbs before and had no issues. i decided to go completely back to stock and have replaced all of the bulbs with oem green colored ones. for some reason the bulbs for my gauges, HVAC, and shifter do not illuminate when i turn the lights on. the headlights and other interior lights work fine, even the radio. when i start the car all of the warning and indicator lights come on as well, and my blinkers work fine also. ive checked the fuse, it looks good so i havent replaced it. all of the harnesses are connected as well. im really lost in this and any help would be greatly appreciated.

Suggest downloading the wiring diagram from the link below. There is more then one fuse for the various lights in the car. Might be a common fuse, terninal connection, ground. The wiring diagram will help you see what is connected to each other.
