I can hear and feel a clunk, pop or knock type of noise when turning the steering wheel left or right while driving slowly or backing out of garage or parking.
I went to have it checked and fixed but they told me they could not duplicate the problem (which is non-sense). I told them that I experience this problem every day and now you tell me you can not replicate the problem...what a liar....
Please help...
Anyone experience the same problem?

Yes, search this forum for "steering noise" and you'll find a few threads. This is where they nailed it:
I've got a clunking feeling in my steering wheel.
In short:
There was a TSB for the previous generation.
There isn't a TSB for the 2007 model.
But, it's the same problem, with the same solution -- the "intermediate shaft" needs to be replaced in the steering column. The part apparently is a "new" part -- it's the "equivalent" of the previous-generation's part.
I just took mine in this past week, and they went ahead and ordered the new intermediate shaft -- it goes into the car on Monday.
My car "pulsed" most when I cranked it all the way to the right -- figure out where it really does it the most, and have them try try again with it cranked to the most offending side.
Hope this helps -- good luck!
