Induction system service

I took my car to Toyota Dealer have them checking oil leaks. The dealer told me that I need "Induction System Service", and I am not sure if they're telling me the truth... MY car has 109187 miles and 4 cylinder (Toyota Camry). Everytime I changed new oil, I put a bottole of Fuel Injectior clean into the gas tank. Can someone tell me what is Induction System Service? What it does to the car? Does I need one for that milage on my car? does something I can buy and do myself?

Its a service where chemicals are sprayed under pressure through your intake where it cleans out the throttle body, intake manifold and valves. Its a little pricey but is a good investment if you've never had it done and are expecting to keep the car for any period of time. What kind of fuel injector cleaner are you using now?

This is what I have done every 30K-50K miles.

Motor Vac!

Here is a Review: http://www.theautochannel.com/mania/.../motorvac.html

Here is the site:http://www.motorvac.com/products/CarbonCleanMCS245.html

I have had this done on my 2000 Park Avenue and my 1994 Lesabre Limited (when i owned that car). Amazing. I had more power, better gas mileage, and smoother runing engine then before.

I will have this done to my Camry when it reaches 30K.
