'07 steering wheel tilt question

One thing I never liked about Camry's was how limited the steering wheel tilt was. The Solara's seems to drop lower. Can the steering column in my '07 Camry be lowered further? I prefer a steering wheel that is almost vertical.

Thanks!

I pretty sure you can take apart the lower part of the dash and put an extension on the support...

This is the one thing that's irritating me about my new Camry. The steering wheel is way too large and even at it's lowest setting, I find it uncomfortable.
