I wonder if I take my car for the 3rd time for transmission flare is under Lemon Law. I've done the proper TSB, got my transmission replaced and for a few days it shift flawless untill it start to "force" shit from 3 to 4 gear. Today when weather gets colder, transmission flare is back.
