Here are the factory JBL speakers.
I replaced them with these Polk Audio 6 X 9s
Then mounted the amps behind the back seat so they are completely hidden.
Here's a couple pics of the headunit (Pioneer AVIC Z1)
And now the finised trunk .... new sub enclosure and the best thing is that it is stealth.
^ ahh i got the kicker kx200.2. Its a pretty good amp considering im using the 200ish W to power a 800w sub and how did you mount your 6x9's ? custom bracket? or did you just screw them right into the metal of the rear deck
Very nice and clean..I don't know about the kit, it doesn't seem to fit well...but I guess you don't have another choice..
I have a question, maybe someone can help me, I have an XLE that came with the JBL, I don't want to invest any money on a music system since I may sale the car, but do you think that I can gain some quality just replacing the 6 x 9, I have some Kendwood 3 way 6 x 9's that I took from my truck when I sold it. Do you think It will be worth the work??????
Thanks..

Thanks!!! ... from what I learned, you cannot just replace the speakers. The jbl amplifer is crossed over. The front 6X9s are just woofers and the rear are actually a woofer and tweeter component and the cross over is in the amp.

In the rear it was a little custom work, but they fit down in there

Mad props man looks good, when im done with my system its going to blow peoples mind lol. But i wont be done with it for a while, im working on getting my TV for my Dash now, how you like your Pioneer one, and does it allow you to play like Tvs in the headrest while playing Cds at the same time, or is it like you have to pick, TV or either Cd player. Also does it have a Nav in it also?

You can get a TV tuner for it. I am not sure about the dual zone feature though. I am looking into some headrests for the kids to be able to watch movies on.
