Fog lights - does it help?

Have an 2002 Camry XLE.

I have the removable openings for the fog lights and there are connectors in there (pre-wired looks like). But my turn signal stalk does not have the switch.

I see many fog lights in ebay for about $60 bucks (some yellow, some white).

Are these really helpful? I think they are more for the looks (which I like too).

Any ebay seller whose fog lights are better? (and comes complete with relay & seperate switch) ?

Do these come in glass or plastic pexi kind of glass?

Buy the stock ones. They are better. You will also get a new stalk too. Also you will get the plastic shroud that the lights fit in. It will look factory. I like them...but they are NOT fog lights. They are extra driving lights. They do light up the road better but you can't use them like real fog lights...
