Thanks JSM1284, I register about 45 minutes ago and read the HID university... I learned a lot in those 45 min. and I just started. I have a long way to go to understand HID. Thanks again.
You can never stop learning...

^^ LoL. You guys both had an '03 and were looking to do the same thing, so I just thought you guys were the same person, but but apparently I was wrong. At least oldandgrey now have someone to help him since both of you have the same model and goals.

+1
Everything I ever learned about HIDs, I learned it from HIDPlanet. They have more information in that forum about HIDs than anywhere else.
Before I even bought my projectors, ballasts, bulbs, etc... I spent TWO months on HIDPlanet just looking at relevant threads, reading, researching, and doing my homework. By the time I was done, I was more than ready to do my own retrofit, and be confident in what I was doing, how I was going to do it, what I would need to reach the desired result, and everything in between.
Even after I finished my retro, I'm still on HIDPlanet quite frequently just lurking around and watching new threads and as much as I know about HIDs, there's always more to learn, and thats what I'm doing.
There are a number of us on here that are well versed in HIDs and retrofits... myself, Epsilon, JSM1284, LE05, thapranksta, Hawkeye-SE... just to name a few. Do your research on HIDPlanet. If you still have questions of problems, feel free to post them and one of us will definitely answer your question. But you've got to be more specific than "I need tips on putting the projector in."
EDIT:
I'm working on a DIY Guide/FAQ for HID projector retrofits where I document basically all the steps that I took to complete my retrofit... its not complete yet, nor is it meant to be a set of instructions. Its only meant to be used as a guideline towards your own retrofit.
My favorite part of that forum handsdown is the H.I.D. Pictures/Video gallery. It never gets old looking at completed retrofits, cutoff line, light output, color mods, etc.
*raises hand* Haha.. I was satisfied for about a month... then the mods came rollin' in... and now I've got a couple more up my sleeve that people don't know about... hehehe.

Glaring blue HID bulbs are NOT classy, and don't make your car look nice, no matter what that kid in the Civic told you.
I think we start feeling unsatisfied with our stock, cookie-cutter car when we join online forums and read about the neverending mods that can be done to our own car.
^That... and well... living in Los Angeles... its like a mod haven over here... anywhere you look, you can probably find a modded car, whether it be ricey or in good taste.
