Gen5 Help bumper repair!!!!

Whats up everyone? I have a 05 camry se v6. due to a snow storm in the north east, I was pulling out of a parking spot a a huge chunk of ice fell from a mound of snow and rub against thepassenger side of my bumper causing to dent the bottom of the bumper and popping out my foglight. the fog light is shot so looks like i'll be spending $200 or so to replace it. the bottom of the bumper seems like it can be fixed but where the air comes in those plastic things that go from side to side in the middleof the bumper broke as well. i cant afford to fix the bumper and honestly i can see spending another $400 dollars to fix that when its such a small dent. my first question is could i cut out that plastic and put mesh grille in the middle where these plastic things are and if so how do i do it without making it look a kid did it? my second question is what do i do to remove the bumper without messing with the bumpers airbag sensors?. that is my biggest concern. i hope i have not confuse anybody about this information. any help would be appreciated. thanks for taking the time to read this. all the best. mike bx, ny

The airbag sencors are closer to the radiator. not the bumper.
