5th & 6th Generation (2002-2006 & 2007-2011)Toyota Camry Discussion for years: 2002-2006 & 2007-2011
Topics of discussion range from fuel economy, safety, modifications, performance all involving America's favorite family car, the Toyota Camry.
Im not sure if any of you saw my thread about the Gen4 Camry, but I was searching Auto Trader and I actually found a Gen5 for under $9K, and hes only 20 miles away from me.
I would get a carfax, I already have for the Gen4 that I was originally looking at. Once I hear back from the seller about what kind of miles they are (hwy, city, etc), and if theres anything wrong with it, I may get one now so I can show my parents and have them loan me a couple thousand :P
Looking at the ads...it looks good for the price. But I can't comment much since I don't get to physically see it. If I can see it in person then I can check the exterior to make sure no accident involve, original paint or re-paint, engine conditions...stuff like that.

if ur intrested i can carfax it for u and someone find a way to e-mail it to u i just bought a gen 5 i have carfax for 2 more weeks i got the month pass...
Wow...those miles really make the care depreciate quick. When I totaled my 00 Camry LE I4 auto with 81k, my insurance paid me just over $10k to total it.
won't be that bad if its 100k miles just check all gaskets make sure there are no leaks check for body damage bondo or bad paint job to cover up an accident and carfax..all a toyota will do is to keep working... my sister's 97 camry is at 200k miles i service her car pretty much every 3000 miles oil.oil filter fuel filter .gaskets. and belts tranny fluid fully synthetic with lucas additive .. i bet if i shot a bullet into it.. it would probably keep running spit the bullet out in the filter and wait for another oil change i freakn love toyota they just won't die..
ok just a lil exaggerated on the bullet part but u get the point
