Drain hole staining

I still hate that drain hole staining on the rockers.
It's like some kind of oily residue and dirt. .
On super white..it's a biatch.

Also a biatch on Titanium.
Go to the autoparts store (I get mine from Advance Auto Parts but I've seen it at VatoZone even though it's not on thier website) and pick up some of this...

it takes the residue right off, works everytime for me and that damned residue you're talking about. Just spray some on, give it 15-30 secongs to do it's thing and that crap will just wipe right off.

I keep my car waxed.

Any stains (rocker panel, etc.) wipe off with car wash soap and water.

Actually when needed I use Zaino AIO followed by some Zaino Z2.
Sometimes just a regular wash takes away the run stains.
Sometimes it doesn't.
Depends on how long the stains have been there.
Now with the weather warming up I'll be able to wash the car more so the problem won't be that bad.

Just looked that stuff up, looks pricey but hey, if you can afford it and it works, there you go. Seems to me that residue is something that'll always show up. I wonder where it comes from, I know the drain holes but what's it coming from?

Rust proofing in the doors, Lubricants for all the connections for window raising and door locks plus all the dirt and water that run down the door glass into the door.

It ain't that much of a bother to clean. I've got a bad back and an arthritic knee and I give the panels a wipe with baby wipes and tissue every so often. No stains.
