What if I were to purchase the NAV + Plasmacluster (AC Controls). I know I don't have the premium sound system because im missing the amp and what not. I know its not impossible, but what kind of items am I looking to buy. If anything, I want the plasmacluster, its makes the car look more like a lexus.

Won't work. The plasmacluster is for dual zone climate controls. It wouldn't be so much as in what you would need to buy as in removing and rewiring the entire dash.

The plasmacluster is just an ion generator that is in the drivers side air vent ducting.

Read the service manual to learn all the computer controls, sensors and actuators that are part of the dual zone auto. climate control.
