Hello, I would like to purchase the foglights for the 2003 Camry and install it myself however, I can't seem to find any installation instruction anywhere. Could somebody please show me where to find these information? Thanks.
assuming you're talking about OEM fog lights, I think the wiring is already there, you just have to buy the stalk and the lamp assy and relay, at least that's how it is for the Altimas. But maybe not. Just go to the dealer and ask.
for the LE models, don't you have to cut out the foglight holes?

-TRD Rear Sway Bar
-SE Model Strut Tower Bar
-Borla Exhaust
-Injen Intake
-Sportivo Grille
-TRD Lowering Springs (sitting in my room waiting to be installed)
There's no wiring for the foglights on the LE model you either have to buy or make one yourself. As for the the lamp assembly, you just have to pop out the plastic hole covers on the bumper and pop in the new fogs. There no screws it clips right in. The OEM fogs are interchangeable with LE, SE, XLE.

I have a 2003 Camry LE (06/2003 production) and the foglight area on the bumper doesn't seem like it could just pop out. I would have to do some cutting on the bumper to fit the foglights. I guess it doesn't have the option to just pop out for the foglights for the new LE.

Try this:
For the driver side push the right side in and the cover should go in easy.
For the passenger side push the left side in.
Basically push in the outer portion of the covers.
If it still doesn't go in yours might be different.

There is no pop out or anything removable. It is one piece mold with the bumper.

I see....
If yours is a one piece mold you might not have the part the the foglights mounts onto. You might be better off getting an aftermarket foglights unless you are willing to make a custom bracket for the fogs.

By the way, when I bought the 2002 Camry LE, I remember the foglight area does pop out and I also see there was a sheet metal that cover the manifold. Now that I replace the 2002 with the 2003 Camry LE, it no longer comes with the manifold cover and the bumper is just a one piece molding with no pop out foglights. I guess this is the way Toyota solves the rattling problem.
all u have to do is take a flat screw driver and place it on the plastic coveres and tap it with a hammer, the clips are Too deep so this is a good way to get it out withought damaging anything else, we did this on my friends camry, le, i have a 94 so i gotta go put mine somewhere im still deciding :-P
In case you need details to install it. Here is the procedure
This is for 2002/3 LE without fog lights
Part number:
- Fog Lights left and right: 81210-AA010 and 81220-AA010
- Turn signal level with fog lights (this part is for car with Auto head light (without DRL)) check with your Toyota dealer: 84140-48020
- Fog light relay: 90987-02020
Tools:
- Flat head screw driver
- Philip screw driver
Procedure:
a) Remove plastic covers: By pushing outer edge, the plastic cover should pop out easily
b) Wire connection with connector: The wires should be hanging above the fog light openings
c) Fitting fog lights: Plug connectors to fog lights align with outer edge first then push the inner edge. You should hear a click to confirm the fog light locks in the bumper.
d) Remove steering plastic housing: There are 2 Phillip screws to secure the housing. They are underneath steering wheel. By turning steering -90deg, the screw on right side can be removed and +90deg on steering wheel, the left screw can be removed.
There are two pieces of plastic for the housing: top one and bottom one. Use flat head screwdriver, start from left side opening between seam, and try not to make mark on the plastic. The bottom part can be removed for accessing to switch
e) Change turn signal switch: unplug the connector from level turning switch, pushing down the center switch to disengage its body from the frame, then the switch can be pull out.
f) Put on relay: Open compartment fuse panel, all the relays are on opposite (back) side of fuse panel. You should see an empty location is for fog light relay (most top right). Plug in the relay for fog lights.
g) Install fog light switch, now you should be able to see the fog light works
I bought the foglights off of eBay and it claimed to be OEM style for the 02/03 Camry. It is OEM style but not the real OEM product. As I mentioned before about the one piece bumper, I had to cut the bumper for the foglight openings. The 2003 Camry does not have the pop out version foglight covers like it was on the 2002 Camry. As I cut out the foglight openings, it does not have the bracket to hold down the foglights. Now I am temporarily using duct tape to hold the foglights in place. Initially, I went to Home Depot and got me some metal brackets and glued it with JB Weld. However, the next day, the JB Weld just fell off the bumper. This weekend, I'm going to try glueing the metal brackets with super glue onto the bumper instead. Also, this product came with its wire harness and switch, therefore, I cannot use the existing factory harness. The power is connected directly onto the battery and the turn on wire is tapped into the front side marker lamp.
The wiring installation was very simple however the foglight bracket proves to be very tough.
