Torque Differential???

Anybody have experience with this?

http://trdsparks.com/displayparts.ph...&parts_id=1310

Description Taken from Page: The TRD helical gear type LSD differential improves acceleration and cornering. Open differentials waste power during wheel spin under hard acceleration. The LSD differential smoothly and constantly biases power to both drive wheels under nearly all conditions.

Can't speak for the Toyota limited slip, but my experience on other cars is that limited slip differentials make a big difference in reducing wheelspin, both in straight lines and in cornering. They're more complex than open differentials and can be a bit noisier. Life expectancy is usually comparable to an open differential.

All Greek to me. Sorry I need a clearer explanation.

^Nevermind. It doesn't apply to me anyway. I've found that it is for a 4 cylinder manual. I have an automatic. Thanks for the replies.
