Find some of the best microfiber towels to wipe it clean from dust. Or you could just use compressed air and a vac combo and blow off the dust without ever touching it. But if there are fingerprints, a microfiber towel is the best way.

I used a feather type duster first then use a normal interior detail product like "Mothers Interior protection" to clean it off.

Microfiber

I use a clean Microfiber cloth, with water. I wipe down all the interior pieces this way.
Intrument panel first.

If it does get scratched, you can use Meguiar's PlastX to remove them.

A good microfiber will be the best practical way, just have one in the glove compartment just for that specific use..

i have a detail brush if you don't have a detail brush with very fine hairs i also use to use a fine tipped (long horse hairs) art brush they don't leave any marks and they come in various sizes so that way u don't have to sit there cleaning forever

I use a swiffer cloth for mine. It's also great for computer screens, TV screens, etc.
