Gen6 extra wire?

I was poking aound under the hood and I found an extra wire with a connector not plugged into anything. This wire stems out of the horn/temp sensor harness in front of the a/c condensor. The service guy at the dealership was clueless (as expected). I looked at the showroom car but it didn't have it (it was auto). Does anyone out there know what this connector is for?

p.s. I have the SE base 4 cyl manual

thanks
