and can you get the the bottom of the headlight from inside the wheel fender.

Most people who have done a HID conversion on the 07 cars claim that the front bumper needs to be taken off...so I don't think shortcuts can be achieved...

did you get a computer error on the cam with the new hid's or a bulb out error since these only use 35 watts

do you think if just the inner fender linner was taken off, you could get to under the headlight.

The bumper has to come off.
Sorry for the crappy pics, I mounted mine on the frame rails directly under the headlights.

for an 04 all i did was stick it right under the headlights.. theres enough space for me to slide it in and lay it flat on the support rails of the car only prob is if i get into an accident no more hid since i think that is a an impact bearing structure for accidents
