Canada TSB TC010-06 Harsh 5-4 downshift

Sorry to ask again, received only one response?
Has anyone in Canada had the TSB fix for the harsh 5-4
downshift during deceleration of ther 07 Camry I4A.
The TSB is US based not CAN. Looking to make a claim
with dealership as my car is within VIN date and appears to
exhibit this shifting issue.

Thanks from Toronto

I've felt it a couple of times on mine when it was new. But recently it seems to have gone away. Haven't really driven much in the past month though so don't know for sure. Going to go to dealer to bitch about some rattles and the brake squeel.
