New Rims Questions

Hi everybody!
I'm new here. Great forum, a lot of help, thanks!

I have 07 Camry and now is the time to do some mods!!!

I would like to get a good set of new rims/tires. Couple of people posted that they have some vibrations on aftermarket rims. All aftermarket rims will give some kind of vibration or only bad quality ones? I don't think I can compromise the quality ride to good look. If it's the case unfortunately I will go for OEM rims (but they are not nice in mho, looks like hubcabs)
Anyone had wibrations and solve the problem?

Thanks for your answers in advance!

The problem could be that the tire is improperly balanced or they installed the wheel slightly off center if hub rings were not used.

I had 17s on my old car for 3 years and no vibration issues.

Thanks a lot for the answers!!! Now I will have to find the rims. The variety is huge, so I guess it's not an easy thing to find the one you really like. I like multi spokes with lip, but there are not a lot on the market, or very expensive. I found very nice one, TORK brand multi spoke with 1.5 chrome lip, but I have not heard of this brand before and don't know if these rims are durable. Any one have had experience with that brand?
Thanks!

Good luck on the rims search, remember found the ones that YOU like because you have to look at them not everybody else.

Thanks Akira! Your car looks very cool btw! If I had same colour car, I'd definately would like to have same colour wheels as you have, but my car is white, so prob I need something more flashy. Only one thing is that I don't want to drop my car, so I'm gonna try to buy bigger tires to fill the gap. I saw a picture of one camry on ebay, he put 235/50/18 and he said no rubbing at all. It's a very big and wide tire, which fills the gaps without dropping the car. I really like the look, but was late for auction of those wheels. Seller was very helpful and answered my questions even after auction was over and suggested me this forum. What do you think about bigger wheels verse dropping car?
Thanks!
