As your waterpump is not timing belt driven I would replace it when it starts to leak.
I really haven't seen how long the iridium plugs will last. Platinum plugs in my GM were supposed to go for 100,000 miles but at around 60,000 miles I would start losing the platinum. I will probably replace my iridium plugs in my Camry 2AZ-FE at about 100,000 miles.
You only replace the serpentine belt tensioner when there is a problem with it.
Replacing the thermostat would be good preventative maintenance if it's easily in your finances. There is no recommended interval but the cost of the thermostat is very little compared to severe engine damage it can cause if it malfunctions.
Go by the factory manual and check over the vehicle to see if anything else should be done.
I would recommend cleaning the throttle body for sure though.
