Installation instructions for 07 Camry Fog Lights

I recently ordered an aftermarket foglight kit for my 07 Camry LE off of eBay. The kit did come with a wiring harness, but I am having trouble hooking it up. Also, I did not see a place through the firewall where I could run the switch with the kit. I know that I could just use the pre-wire for the fog and get a new stalk and relay, but I just don't have the funds at the moment.

I've search all over the internet for a difinitive write-up since I am not very electrical saavy, but I came up with nothing.
