Has anyone bought their camry through carsdirect.com? This is what I'm planning on doing and I was wondering if anyone would care to share their experience.

That's how I purchased mines. I used their "free dealer quotes" option and settled with an outside dealer who beat out carsdirect's price quotes.

I wouldnt feel comfortable buying a car, sight unseen from carsdirect. Moreover, you could get a quote from carsdirect and you'd probably find a dealer willing to match it. Sure you must get an "inspection period" where you check over the car before you take delivery; but if there are any foul ups with the car you ordered having wrong equipment installed, etc. then back it goes and you wait and see if they will screw it up again. Nah, i drive before i buy.
