07 SE headlights and spoiler

Hi,
I have a camry se 07...I wanna have a detailed (pssoibly pictures) instructions on how to change the headlights..and what is the code for the white lights that camry supports?
I would also want to know if the spoiler can be taken off so I could add a more appropriate one on..

Yes, you can remove the spoiler, but will have holes

By means of appropriate, i meant ones tat actually functions well lolll...the one on the SE is just for looks..

Any spoiler on a FWD cars is not functional, Unless your doing 145 MPH, and why would you do that?

Hehehehe. You bet -- put some downforce on those driving wheels so you can....

Oh, wait a minute!!

Actually, many jet aircraft have something quite similar to what passes for "rear spoilers" on passenger vehicles -- it's called an AIR BRAKE.

Hmmm. Makes me think about the usual "my gas mileage sucks" whiners -- "Hey, you gotta wing on that thing??"
