poohbear! I stand in awe of your project...look's like you at least have a decent sheltered place to work. How hard was it to actually remove the front bumper cover? Right now, I'm kind of bummed out over the fact there isn't much bumber or sheet metal protecting the front of the camry if you get into front end tap with the guy in front of you. Finally, how much did you pay for the kit?

THere is no Kit, it was a complete retrofit. The parts were around about 600ish approx.
Which includes a spare set of headlamps, TSX projectors, philips D2S bulbs and got given the ballasts from a friend. And then all the DIY labor Was fun!

oh and the bumper cover isn't that hard to take out, not sure how its diff to the US ones, but the AUS ones have plastic clips that hold it together, broke a few of them but they still hold by the bolts that are in it .
Removing the bumper cover is easy on any model - US or AUS. Check out the Camry manuals in the General section. They should make that very straightforward.
Nice work and glad I could be of assistance!!!

But do you remember the clips that were under the headlight unit?
when you put it out you could here a big clip sound, and one side of it broke when i was trying to do that for the 3rd time (after aiming etc)...
although all these hassel, it was worth it and fun
