Name that Part!

I was scoping out the replacement of the rear bumper cover on my '02 Camry when to my surprise something seemed amiss...I immediatley thought of the old Seasame Street song "one of these things is not like the other".

Anyways, there is a piece missing from one of the rear wheel wells on my Camry. I would describe it a being similar to the front fender splash guard. It's a black plastic pice that fits up into the fender - And it sits at the rear of the rear fender and is held in by only a few plastic clips. The bumper cover has 1 clip that is supposed to fasten to the bottom of this mystery piece.

To get the bumper cover installed correctly, I'm going to need to get one of these mystery pieces. Anyone know what it's called? Better yet, anyone know a place on the web to order one?

Thanks folks!
