wheel spacer or wider tires?

im looking to get the tires a little more flsh with the fenders.... right now i have 225-40-18 tires and TRD springs.... my tires are going bald so im going to upgrade to 235-40-18... it should fit fine... but i also saw this website with spacers...http://www.ichibausa.com/25alwhsp5.html (they have diffrent sizes)

so i dunno what the pros or cons are on wheel spacers... these look pretty solid....

should i get spacers and keep my 225's or should i just get 235's and see how that helps

Thanks

ohh i have a 05 LE 2.4 with TRD springs and strut bar

Its entirely up to you. I personally don't like spacer or anything that adds more length from the hub. I would go for the wider tires since it offers more lateral traction (make sure it fits first).

I think even 245-40-18 will fit. I had these tires on my first set of wheels on my 07 Camry. Your 05 and my 07 are not that much different when it comes to wheels hub fitment.

I'm not an expert on wheel fitment so maybe Epsilon or someone else that is knowledge on wheels can answer this. I had 245-40-18 on my 07 Camry and it fits just fine but my wheels were 18x8.
