I emailed them that question last week. because mine's an '02 aswell and they said it would. i don't know why they listed it as 03 and up.

I got mine from Ebay and offered the dude $40 shipped and he took it. So far I'm happy with it but I did modify it a little.

wow 40 shipped!! thats awesome! hopefully they didnt give u a crappy one because its so cheap lol.. if thats the case, i might just go for it for 40 shipped.. i plan to sand the chrome part down and paint it the color of my car
