decent set of 19s or 18s for under 1k?

topic says it all, im under a pretty tight budget
i want to know of any decent rims that i can probably
get shipped for under 1k. id prefer 19s, but 18s
wouldn't be too horrible either, im not a big fan of
chrome, but whatever people feel might match well
on a magnetic grey LE. i'm not good at looking
for rims, and i don't know how reliable some of these
company names are, so i'm just asking for a bit of help. thanks
