05 Camry, A/c Question...very Easy

Anyone have an 05 camry that can tell me how many LBS. of freon it takes. Its on the a/c label and I forgot to get it once I replaced the part it was on. Its located under the hood. I'm in a pinch and would appreciate it greatly if someone could help me with this. Thanks

I take it no one can read the label on the top of the core support that says Air conditioner and right after that says how many pounds of R134a to put in? It may be in Kilograms.

Dude you need a kit. The lbs it takes is no guide if there is anything left in the system at all. The kit and the gauge with it, tells you keep adding freon til the pressure is within the range of thus and such. Too little and no cold, too much and your evaporator ices up and again no cold. I will find out for you now.

It says 800 g (=grams). It gives the amount in oz and here it is in lbs, 1.76 pounds

To add to the response, if the system is empty and holding a vacuum you can be rather certain that three cans of R134a will take care of it, but you need to measure the pressure ans suction sides to properly fill. I haven't had to mess with refrigerants in awhile and still have an R12 license should I ever need it.
