Computer Updates???

I have an 07 camry le with approximately 9200 miles. I have noticed several issues and wanted to know what you folks thought could be the issue.

1) My a/c when switched from floor to vent or anyother setting takes a few settings before its kicks into those vents. When you make hte switch it doesnt come out for a few seconds and hten changes vent setting.

2) My acceleration in my 4cylinder lags at time. I will hit the gas and the rpm will go but nothin happens for a few seconds until i really press the pedal.

3) My cruise revs. Example I am driving down the highway set to 70mph. All o fa sudden it will drop a bit then rev to 5rpm an dgo to 75 before stopping and slowing down....and I am not always on a hill.

4) My brakes are grippy. Will go to slowdown nad they will just grab from time to time.
Also will squeel when stopping even on a beautiful day.

Can computer updates take care of this? anyone else had this or know what to tell the dealer? I feel that most of the issues have been addressed but they are always not willing to do much and wanted to go in with some ideas.

Thank you for your time everyone!

updating or reflashing the computer may help with a couple things like the lag time and such, but there may be something else affecting it. this is a long shot and unusual considering the low milage, but you should check the throttle body and see if it needs cleaning. if you're running "rich" then it may need it, but that'll make the engine hesitate. just take some gumcutter and a rag and clean that baby out. im' not sure if the throttle body is setup the same way on the gen6 as the gen 5, but if so, then when you clean it you may have to run the engine for a minute. cuz the way the throttle body is setup, the gumcutter will fall into the throttle body and choke up the engine for like 2 seconds. so keep that in mind as well.about the brakes, that's just plain old weird.
