Gen6 Greasy marks under the doors

On the both sides of my car I have a grease marks under the back door of the car . They go away when I am cleaning the car but then coming back again . I checked the door and it does not look like anything is leaking. There don’t seem to be any screws or bolts that are leaking grease.

I am planning to bring this issue to the dealer and would like to know does anyone have a similar thing or have any idea what is it before dealer would tell me that “it is normal” .

When you open the door and look at the bottom inside of the door where the rubber weatherstrip is, do you see little square or round holes? Those are weep holes to let water out of the door if it were to get inside, they also keep it from rusting.

The reason these are important... Do the holes happen to line up with the streaks you're seeing?

If so, then I would bet there's some grease or rust inhibitor (waxy stuff) around the holes and water going through them is washing some of it out... You'll see this for awhile until it runs out of junk in there, just keep wiping unless you want to get proactive and try to get some of it out of the hole.
