I just got projector headlights for my Camry. it's an '02. I went to put them in, and it looks like the second bolt is under the quarter panel!! Do i have to remove the whole quarter panel? or is there some other way of getting at it? Any suggestions appreciated!

Ok thanks! When i looked under, it looked like even if i took the bumper off it still wasn't accessable.
