Leather seat covers?

I was browsing around eBay again tonight, and I came upon some leather seat covers. It says that it's exactly what the dealer uses when the customer wants leather seats instead, but i'm not sure if thats true or not. If it is, how hard is it to install anyways?

Doesn't look like it.

I seem another ebay post about 2 weeks ago stating leather seat cover also.. those even look more exactly like my fabric ones.

I passed on it since I want my side airbags to work in an accident.

There's a special thread that needs to break before the airbag can come out in case of accident by the way.
