Well the JBL system also comes with the amp that goes under the passenger seat, I didn't see anything listed there. Also do you have the steering wheel controls, cause if not, you'd need the steering wheel in addition to the amp to have a complete system.
I actually have looked into swapping out the systems and upgrading the sound system. I am interested in swaping out the majority of my stereo system. If anyone happens to be part shopping and comes across a steering wheel from a Camry with JBL, or just the controlls with piggybacked harnesses, or a JBL system with the partial/full harness, let me know.

It seems like you could get alot better audio quality buying aftermarket parts from Crutchfield or something, since even the JBL system isnt really that amazing. Just buy some $60 speakers, a deck, and an amp. It would probably be cheaper then buying and installing a JBL system.
Unless you want it to still be semi-stock-ish, lol
in that case, you could keep the stock head unit, and just get nice speakers and amps.
Do you happen to know what aftermarket speakers can be put in the factory door location? In other words, what is the max depth? If you use a spacer so that you can use a deeper speaker, what diameter speaker will still fit behind the stock grill?

I actually don't want the entire JBL system, just the head unit and steering wheel controls with the harnesses. I plan on modifying the harness from there and going aftermarket with everthing else. The only reason I didn't get the JBL system to start with was that I initially planned on swapping out everything, but after driving in the car for a while, I actually like the look of the stock unit.
