Gen6 Will 22s fit with no rubbing ?????245 30 r22

Iam trying to find out if anyone has put 22s on a 2007 camry, I have seen plenty of pictures with 22s on them but i want to know if there is any modifying to make them fit?
i ordered a set of mht forged wheels and the tech called me back and asked if i want 22x8.5 all the way around or 22x9 all the around or a staggerd 22x8.5 and 22x9 or 9.5 in the rear. I already got the tires they are a kumho 245 30 22 ... Please Help need to know by monday because they take a month to build and a week to ship... otherwise i was thinking of going with a set of 20 inch davin ls1 and lower it ............

Are you sure you actually want 22's? I've seen pictures of Camry's with 20's on them and 35 sidewall, and they look way too big.

AT Nopi Nationals their was one Camry with 22s, they were 22X8.5 and he said he had to do work on the back end. Guy on the west coast, has 22s on his, im pretty sure they are 22x8.5 also. I dont know what that guys is talking about 20s being to big. If ur going to do it, do it big I say, thats where i messed up. I put 19s on mine like and i think its a mistake, but must people thing my car is strait. Everyone has their own style and taste, so if u want to go big, go big man.

It really depends on the rim I guess, but i've seen some 20's that just look too big and way out of place. Personally I would rather go with 18's or 19's and lower the car.

To each his own, but don't do staggered.

Staggered is only for RWD in my opinion. There is an M3 in my area with some staggered HRE wheels and it looks beatiful! There is no need for a staggered wheel on a FWD car, its just wrong IMO.

Those tires are basically nonexistent. Good carshows, but a big no no for daily driver.

Additionally, I hope if 07Camry22s plans on doing 22's on his daily driver, he should definitely look into brake upgrades... All that additional rotating mass can't be good on the stock brakes. You don't want to find yourself in a situation when you have to brake hard and you can't.

Staggered rims are when 2 of the wheels (typically the rear ones) are wider than the fronts. this is most common with RWD cars (They can actually utilize them). On front wheel cars, it's pretty useless and the rear wheels will usually stick out too far and look weird.

It's not a huge deal, but when you have 20's or 22's, they make the disc brakes look insanely small.
