Gen5 loose foglight...

today a piece of road debris (thanks for cleaning the roads state of MD) kickd uo and smacked the driver's corner or my camry...it left only a small rubber scratch which i buffed out, but apparently my foglight took the brunt of the force and jarred loose....how would i take the figlight assy. out of the bumper and tighten it back in place?

Sounds like a broken bracket.

undo the plastic guards located underneath the front bumper, (to access the foglights).

then you will have access to the mounting clips/brackets that hold the fog in place and repair it accordingly.

I had something similar happen to me. You have to drop the cover panel that is on the bottom just below the bumper to access (4 or 5 screws)

The fog light frame is the bracket. I probably should have replaced the whole light, but I just used JB weld to reconnect the piece of plastic with the screw hole in it. So far, been about 3 months, all is well and it is holding.
