Gen5 America's Tire

for those on the west coast, SoCal to be exact...

has anyone bought a wheels/tires package from America's (aka Discount) Tire? the website says there's 17" packages starting as low as $550, but they dont show styles. my local shop has 17" packages starting at $750. im jus doin some bargain hunting.

jus wondering if anyone bought from there, and if they have decent styles for the price. i'm not looking to go over 17". thnx, peoples...

I can attest that in Texas, Discount Tire is run by folks with integrity. I could tell stories all day but the bottom line is that I trust them with my children when they are on the road. Enough said. California might be another story--it usually is, and I lived there for 25 years so I might know. Talk to your local guy and see what he has to offer.

being that we're from the same area. i can tell you that they are legit. one of my close friends in a store manager there and runs that place with integrity.
