Canada Amp and Woofers installed, LEDS coming soon

I got my amp and subwoofer installed it's pumping!

I WAS going to use and old amp and sub setup, subs are 2 kickers, with horns and tweeters dual ported, from a long time ago got it in Cali.

Had an old amp 150W RMS per channel but then 1/2splurged and bought a el-cheapo sony amp for $150 XM-1252GTR

Wires are all run down the passenger side, got a pair of RCAs running from the front to the trunk also just in case I change the deck out. Right now using a fixed line out converter attached to the rear speakers.

Next change i'm going to make is swap out the front speakers with 6x9 4-way sony speakers I got XSV6942A.

I will try to get some pics and put em up.
Also waiting on my LEDs from superbrightleds

Went across the border for some outlet mall shopping and jacked the credit card up again gotta toss that thing down a vent or something all-in all a one day trip turned out to be pretty costly, i now owe new york state also

Yeah...you need to change the stock speakers (paper speakers) I changed my to JBL speakers and needed spacer/adapter for them to fit because of the deeper speakers. I think you gonna need spacer/adapter for your Sony speakers too.
Good luck and pictures after you installed them!

Yea got a bunch of MDF and other wood I can use along with a bunch of tools, (dad's hobby is woodworking) and I read up some other threads on the spacers. Only thing that concerns me right now it to hope that they fit and don't interfere with the window. I only bought speakers for the front right now should have got the same for the rear now that I think of it but that'll hafta wait.

Nope just the regular stock system, do I need something else to swap the speakers or should I just be able to swap them straight?

I'd be iinterested in seeing this. I want to upgrade my speakers and wonder what it looks like behind the grill. How much room is there between the grill and the window? What is the deepest speaker that can be put in the opening? What is the largest diameter speaker that will fit inside the factory grill? Any help you can provide would be great!

Thanks,

Bob

LEDs for the audio system or general interior lighting? There's already been a thread on some interior LED swaps but it'd be interesting to see how others arrive at their solution.

Our gen3 Camry was rather notorious for eating dome lights. Those aren't generally available so... trip to the dealer.

Hey, our TCH has LED tail/stop lights. I do wish the amber turn signals were also LED.

If you are referring to the door speakers I haven't got around to that just yet. I'm aiming to tackle it this weekend.
After being at school and now on co-op term I am getting owned by housework that nobody bothered to do while I was gone lol.

I also got all the LEDs installed but now when I look at the entire "white led" look and then see the yellow from the headlights I am soo tempted to buy an HID kit but don't think its a good idea for me to slap it on the credit card
