Gen6 Door Pillar Plastic

When I got my windows tinted, I noticed that the guy used a heat gun. This has changed the color of the center door pillars (on top of cutting my vinyl inside my window).

Now, some parts of the door pillars have a "more black" than other parts.

Is there a way to degloss them to make them all the same?

Any good suggestions?

It's standing out quite a bit still.

I can get a picture if more details are warranted.

After hearing the complaints about tinters messing up the car, I dont think im going to get mine tinted. After all, the state law in NH is that the fronts cant be tinted, and the rears have to be 35% or greater.

Unless you have real first hand knowledge that the tinter is any good and won't mess up your car, it's a gamble.

I'm going to call (Tint King) today and ask what he can do to resolve this issue.

So far, it's the best mistake that I ever made by going with him.

Cheap price = bad job
