Gen 5.5 SE rims

Hi.... Gen3 guy popping in. I was wondering about the gray rims that came with the SE on the Gen 5.5's. Those wheels are REALLY rare in Vancouver and I've only seen a few Camry's rolling on them. I was wondering are those rims an option you check, and how hard would it be to find one in the junkyard.

Those rims are standard on the Gen 5.5 SEV6. I'm selling 5 of them right now. Check the "For Sale" section. It's there.

Those rims are pretty rare, not many people get the SEV6, well in California, there's tons of them, but elsewhere, it's limited.

you live in cali.... that's a bit far from me and shipping will kill.

I'm also wondering what's the offset on those rims, and the stock tires that came with it.

SE V6 wheel info

Besides the finish, I think the wheels are identical to the Solara's, which have a 50 mm offset, and the OE tires that came with mine are Bridgestone Turanza EL42 215/55/17.

Like I said, my FS is in the "For Sale" section.

Offset is 50+mm.

Stock tires are 215/55 17 You can go 215/50 17 but that if you lowered the car, it will rub the wheel well. They are the same wheels on the Gen 2 Solaras, but it's Gunmetal Black which is a whole lot better.

I see, thanks for the info. Maybe I'll go pursue some local junkyards then now that i know what the wheels are.

More offset means the wheel sticks out more right?

10 to 15 mm spacers are needed to fit these on a gen3 through gen4.5 on the rear only.... Letting you guys know, and they are the same as the gen 2 solara's, the color is the only difference.

*EDIT* Also more Positive offset means the wheels will stick inward towards the strut, Less on the Number and Negative offset meants the wheels will be outward away from the strut.

thanks for the info, I wonder if the stock bolts are long enough to put such a large spacer.
