Topics of discussion range from fuel economy, safety, modifications, performance all involving America's favorite family car, the Toyota Camry.
No, they don't but they do come with a projector lense so an HID plug-n-play kit can be install. If it doesn't have a projector lense like 2006 and older and you want HID you will have do a retrofit instead of a kit. Retrofit means you have to get a new project lense to be install inside your headlight housing. So at least it came with a projector lense!
edit: Retrofit result as close as stock HID in luxury cars but more expensive. Plug-n-Play kit is less expensive but the result is not as good as Retrofit. The choice is yours.

Retrofit isn't putting a projector lens in... its putting the entire projector in. And retrofit results aren't close to stock HID in luxury cars... they're identical (unless you have a non-clear headlamp lens).

Glaring blue HID bulbs are NOT classy, and don't make your car look nice, no matter what that kid in the Civic told you.

Thanks for claifying that was what I meant but couldn't put it down in writing
So you're saying retrofit results are 100% to stock HID in luxury cars? Wow, no wonder you guys keep insisting me to retrofit. Maybe next time I'll do it right the first time.

Yup. As long as you've got clear headlamp lenses and as long as the job is done properly, you should have an output identical to the stock output of whatever car the projectors came from. The reason is because you are literally taking the optics out of the original car, and without modification (unless you choose to modify it ie. bend the shield, do the washer mod for a bluer cutoff line), put it into another headlamp. So in the end, the output remains exactly the same. If I parked my car in front of a wall, snapped a picture of my light output, and then put a TSX in the exact same place and took a picture of its light output, you wouldn't be able to tell the difference (given that we are both using the stock 4300K bulbs).
