I was making a right hand turn Saturday when some jackass decided he was going to make a right also.. only right towards my front end. He nearly clipped me until I cut the wheel.. Unfortunately, I brushed up against a curb. The rash is not deep but I do want to get it fixed. Repair shops are asking what the finish is on the rim? I have no clue.. Painted, powder coated, brushed aluminum? Let me know please..

There are shops that specialize in just wheel repair. I would check the local phone book for one of those and take it over there for an estimate. You might find it will be cheaper to try to pick one up off of ebay.
